I have an Accutron Gemini 28A116 and I would like to know the specific movement it contains.

Most websites that reference this watch simply say "Swiss Automatic Movement."

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say it contains an ETA 2824 movement.

The 25-jewel ETA 2824-2 would be my guess. Open heart watches in the Kirkwood collection now use a 26-jewel Sellita SW200 movement. I am not aware of any Gemini models with a Sellita movement but it is possible. It would be interesting to know the date code and number of jewels in your watch.
