What brand do you think is most popular with the collective membership of WTF?
My impression from a thread at our old place is Omega followed by Invicta, which we love to hate.
What's your opinion? You can select multiple options.

I vote Omega followed by Invicta. I don't own an Omega as yet but from all the passion about the brand shown by forum members I hope to find a good deal on one at some point in 2008. Invicta has satisfied my cravings and are so much nicer than what you find in the local dept. stores for simular money. I especially like the deals that can be had on the Invictas with the myiota movements if you wait until they are at their final discount prices. When you can buy an Invicta watch with an auto myiota movement for less than 100 bucks brand new, well to me thats a great deal.
What does "most popular" mean? The one you prefer, the one you own the most of, or what?
I think Boscoe means the brand which is owned by the most members of WTF - I'd tend to agree that Omega and Invicta are pretty well represented here. :001_tt1:
OK. I voted "other," as I own more Tissots than any other brand of watch.
I voted Omega:thumbup1: closely followed by Invicta:001_rolleyes:

Omega!

They offer something for everyone, in just about every price point (for a high-end watch anyway...)

Great durability, quality fit & finish, residual value...

On the pre-loved market, a REALLY excellent deal!:thumbup1:
Judging my wrist checks and comments, I'd say Omega and Invicta. The poll shows Invicta is the lead. But Zin probably hasn't mobilized the Omega Army
:001_tongue:

Omega, Invicta, Rolex, and Seiko:001_smile:

BosKoE, I think you listed them in about the correct order,

I guessed Omega and lo and behold my vote pushed the brand one vote ahead of Invicta, which I would've guessed ran a close second.
I tried to hit the double selection; but, did one, and hit enter by mistake. My selection would have been Rolex and Omega, as those seem to always have the most posts.
I, too, believe that Omega probably has the largest fan base here, followed by Invicta, Rolex and other.

I wonder, though, for how many members was Invicta the brand that brought them to this forum initially, where they then discovered the appreciation of higher end watches?

I know I found this site after my first couple of Invicta purchases.

Breitling!!
Instruments for Professionals.

OK, maybe not the most popular, but it gets my vote. :)

My current favorite is Hamilton. Just have to love the Jazzmasters.
i voted omega (my daily watch) but i bet rolex is close as well
I voted for Omega.

I voted for Omega, but I also like my Oris Artilier Complication as well as my Baume & Mercier 8320. I'm wearing my PO chronograph today and wore my Shumy Speedy yesterday after seeing on the news that he drove a taxi at high speeds to the airport to pick up his new puppy. Oh, I just hate to make choices about which one I like best. Hal
