Invicta Watch Group announced today Banned, who is known for his kindly manner and diplomatic resolution of problems, has been hired to run the brands' Customer Service operations.

That is good information for a NEEDY person like myself. Does that mean that being a member of this forum merits special consideration? Like a three day turn around on repairs...:001_smile:
