I recently acquired this vintage King Seiko and the person who sold it did not have any service records from the previous owner.

I am looking for a trusted watchmaker to perform a full maintenance service. Recommendations greatly appreciated.

Hi Mike,

Mainly US/Canada area. According to the seller there are currently no issues setting the day/date so the corrector wheel rocker should be fine. The 5626 movement usually fails at this part because it was originally made out nylon instead of metal.

This is the part (online search image) in question I would like to watchmaker to asses when servicing the watch:

Below the replacement parts I found from a provider in Thailand. Non-original of course, as these are extremely hard to find in NOS condition.
