I have a Longines Admiral L3.502.4- It has lost the number markings on the bezel- I sent it to through the official channels to get serviced and repaired and they were going to charge me $460 for a totally new case as the bezel couldnt be sold on its own. I was wondering if there were many bezels for this watch that would interchange with other Longines Bezels or if I would have to wait for a specific Admiral 200m divers bezel to pop up? I have found one example of what this watch should look like-

The black number markings have come off and only the serrated edge of the bezel remains. The watch was given to me like this.
I can put photos of the actual watch up when I get it back from the swatch group.

What's missing? From the pictures it looks okay. Is the bezel insert now gone?
I do not believe these are pictures of his watch, as he says he has found one example.

It seems VERY strange that they are replacing the case for a simple bezel insert . I think it may be discontinued are they don't want to be bothered thinking outside the box . They would charge you to replace the case BEFORE they would buy a insert "off the rack" and fit it , it's not thier money being wasted ...............

Thanks.. Finally got it back

Thanks for your replies, I got the watch back from swatch... They didnt want to think outside the square, they originally quoted for a replacement quartz movement who would want that!!!! I have some photos of the actual watch- I have been searching on ebay and found nothing. I am in Australia and Im not sure if the parts are not listed internationally.
Am interested in some of the specifics of the watch ie Jewels and year of manufacture.
