:thumbup1: I'm not going to give the details, other than to say I recently sent my Combat B3 in for a heart transplant (upgrading to a NH35), and also to buff off a couple of small lug scratches where I forgot to look for the correct spring bars when fitting the bracelet.

It's just arrived back, looking better than new, I reckon -- with some surprises as well. Not expected and very, very much appreciated!

I want to buy a car from these guys! Heck, I want to live in a country governed by them. :thumbup:

I know, this builds loyalty.
All you need to have is a problem or not even a problem just a special request and they are all over it.
Many retail companies I have worked for could learn a lot from these guys.

I too have nothing but wonderful things to say about Bes and the team, when I was in a jam they not only came up the solution but did so in record time. 30+ years in business and never have I dealt with a company so eager to please.
