I can't understand why people -- ESPECIALLY folks who love/collect watches -- have a problem with mechanical movements, particularly if they're accuracy nuts, as I am.
I also don't understand that. Although I have only one watch with a 6498-1, which I'm wearing now (Christopher Ward C9 Forum limited Edition, Serial 59 / 85) .. I really like mechanical movements.
In the future I really hope to own some more. You can find them in Stowa, MeisterSinger, NeuHaus, some Lum-Tec's, Omega's and for instance in Panerai's, Magrette's and EHF's.

I like them above the normal movements, such as; ETA 2824-2, Valjoux 7750's, Miyota's or Seiko's.
Hopefully LT will make some more watches with a mechanical movement in it.
