I got a Jaxa tool at Harbor Freight (Hazard Frought) for removing the back off a Wenger ladies Battalion Pilot. The tool came with 4 sets of bits. How do you select the proper bits? One set are round posts and another are posts with flat sides.

I feel your pain! I have the same tool (also from Harbor) and am seriously thinking of getting a better-quality one from a real watch tool supplier! My advice is just select the bits that seem to "fit best", work patiently, and try not to scratch the caseback. Sorry, but it's that or get a real wrench from a watch tool distributor like Jules Borel & Co.
