Depends on the watch. Some are 100% in-house made, others in-house assembled. Keep in mind, even the in-house assembled are highly modified. To the point that many original movement parts are discarded & replaced with IWC parts. So theose are partially in-house.

Either way, they are truely accurate, fine timekeeping machines. My Spitfire is not inhouse, it's built on an ETA frame. But, at about 1-2 seconds fast per week, I'll never complain. Just shows the level of percision IWC puts into their movements. :8
