I just ordered this watch.

It's twice as expensive as any other watch I've owned and this means no watches for me for the 5 months until this is paid off! It'll be interesting to see if I can avoid cancelling the order! $850(used the $40 coupon) is a ridiculous amount of money for me to spend on a watch. I'll have to convince myself it's worth it.
This watch really caught my fancy when it first came out. I've also been plotting to buy my first watch with the 7750 for some time. I thought it would be the Philip Admirale 48. It is $200 less. But this is such a unique looking watch, it's from the Reserve line and it's from Invicta. Come on guys, tell me how great this watch is so I can keep it. Or tell me it's a piece of crap and I should cancel.

I've had my eyes on this one for a few months now. If you do go through with the purchase and then change your mind, I wouldn't terribly mind seeing this one come up on the used market. :001_tt2: But seriously, I hope you enjoy it. :thumbup1:

I think it's a good looking watch, but with no specs it's hard to judge whether or not it's worth the price.

My rule of thumb is that if you really want something, the price is the least important factor.

In the case of this watch, if you pass it by, you'll never get another chance once it's gone and as we all know there's nothing worse than unrequited love.

I went so far as the last step in the check out, since it was such a good price especially with the clearance and coupon; however, I on the other hand kept my sanity and stopped myself. I will be sorry and you will be enjoying that beautiful watch!!! Please post some photos on arrival!

Thank you my fellow junkies and enablers! I'm in keep mode for now thanks to you guys
and two very special gents, Automovement and Lightman! Keep the comments coming! I might still be talked out of it or perhaps my wife might get wind of this and try to kill a brother.
And no worries Fog, it really is me.

I kicked around the idea of picking one of those up. I talked myself into and out of it several times. The Reserve line is my favorite Subaqua design. Incredible deal, especially with a coupon. I think you'll fall in love with it very quickly. Alas, I have my eye on another beauty for now.:001_tt1:

Congrats and that is a keeper! So, will this one be nice enough for you to post pics of? I still have 3 mo of payments on the 4469 although I'm paid on everything else, oh, except the 500m which is another $31 bucks to finish it off. I think I'm done as well actually. There is nothing out there that is really making me feel like I have to have it. Also, I don't have anything now that I could sell to bring in more $'s except my Seiko diver but no one seems to want it anyway. If anything, I may get an SAIII quartz in 3 months or so, there are also some nice Tissot's and Hamilton's on the bay that are running at good prices I may snag too. But I figure I better slow down due to the fact that I have bought 5 Invicta's and a Sea Shark in the last 3 weeks.

Trust me on this...once you get that puppy in your hands (and on your wrist) it AIN'T going anywhere!!!

I own the gunmetal/meteorite and it is the CENTER of my entire collection. Just ordered the gold/black-MOP at a ridiculous event price this weekend.

Just the decorated Valjoux 7750 makes the price worthwhile.
