Hi - sorry to ask everyone but would like to verify the authenticity of this watch - is this a genuine Patek Philippe ref 3410?

Looks fine. However, take the watch for service to an AD - that's the best way of getting security. And the service for a simple manual wound watch is not awfully expensive.
