Welcome to the OIF. I know at least one of our members, Revolution, has one and just loves it. He hasn't reported any problems with it that I can recall. There may be some others around here that can give you a better idea, but I think you made a pretty good acquisition. Be sure to share some pics of it when it arrives.

i had a problem along with others on that tv site....the mov't was dead..took me a long time to get it fixed ..i have had no problems or issues with this new replacement...

Great watch and a classic Invicta design. There are a few of us that own it in one form or another. I've had no problems with mine, but I'd suggest buying a winder for it if you plan to wear it at least once or twice a week. The design of the crown makes it difficult to hand wind, but any old winder will work with the SG, as long as it has rest periods. The ETA automatic movement winds in either direction.

I've read of a couple of people having problems with dead on arrival movements, but I think as long as you order it from someone with a sound return policy, you should be ok. No special maintenance, just wear it and it will serve you well. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have. And post some pics when it comes in.:tongue_smilie:

There are two reviews in the review and reference forum, one is mine.
Very nicely finished watch. It is an ETA 2824 (or now SW200) and winds in either direction.
It's a large watch!
You may experience some problems gipping the crown to wind the watch.

I also own the watch and like Revolution stated it is just a little difficult on winding by hand.The crown and the guard make it difficult to grasp.It is my favorite skeleton watch.
This watch in my opinion will be one of Invicta's all time classic piece.
