I have experience with similar Invicta divers with the NH35A movement. It has 24 jewels and is a very accurate and reliable movement. The Titanium case is a nice feature and if your into divers (which I am), it's a smart looking watch, and if the price is under $200.00, a very good buy.

Bill R, is correct in everything he wrote.

I will add, NH35A, is a Hacking Movement.
Produced by TMI, which is owned by Seiko.
The name Seiko, should tell you everything a person needs to know, about the manufacturer.

If your not keen to the details yet, let us know, and we'll be glad to give you Way To Much Information!

The movement may depend on the date of manufacture/age. I have a 0420 that has a 21jewel Miyota movement. Same goes for most of their watches. The 21 jewel movements were used on the earlier production runs with the Seiko movements being used later.
