Yes nice to know, but the issue with Invicta in my mind is not the quality of the watches, but the problem with consistant problems with customer service.

Well, I'll chime in.
All brands have problems, no matter what the price range.
Rolex is better-made than Invicta. But Invicta makes solid watches.
Invicta CS has been awful, but seems to be getting better.
Rolex suffers from terminal hubris - and it's high-handed CS often leaves much to be desired.
