I don't doubt the stories of poor customer service, but try to remain open. People will complain more than they will praise, but if you search the forum you will read about positve customer experiences. We recently had a poll on the plating Invicta uses on their watches. More people responded with positive experiences than with negative ones.

Again, I do not doubt the negative experiences. All I am saying is examine the positive as well.
Agreed Dick, there are negative circumstances with every product. When everything goes right with a product or service we rarely say anything because we expect it......kinda like, "Hey drove to work today and my car did not break down" we never hear that but if it does break down we tend to tell everyone that will lend an ear. So with that...I own many Invictas and they all work great!! I have had a few dealings with Invicta CS and each time they came through for me.:thumbup:
