Invicta Customer Service

That's an understatement! I have NEVER gotten a response when emailing.

I did not either (and I sent a total of 6), but when I finally called, I got excellent service from Andrew, Chris and Libby when ordering a part.
Reasonable service cost..

My wife recently spent over $500.00 to have her Rolex serviced at the New York location but when the watch was returned it looked better then new.

My 9937ob is being mailed to me this Monday & having read the Invicta information that Rusty provided & in particular the cost for cleaning etc. I couldn't be more pleased. I have read that many of the 9937's run fast & if mine does I will send it to the Invicta service center. Once again thank you for all of the excellent advice & I am waiting, waiting, waiting,
found this e-mail info to be correct
They promptly responded to my question helping me tremendously.
The link to register the warranty online has been down for almost a month :cursing:
Now it works… I called customer service and they confirmed that their website link to register the warranty was down…

Thanks :thumbup1:
eRegister not working

I'm a German resident, and I cannot register my Invicta watch on their Invicta-eService.
EVerytime I try, I got an "Invalid" warning for my phone number.

Maybe somebody of the forum can help, or what can I do ?

First hello and welcome to the forum Kilian600.

E-mail Invicta with your question regarding registering your watch. The email address is on the first post of this thread.

Welcome Kilian...

You could always register on-line at Invicta's website. I've done that with all of mine.

Dave
Welcome Kilian600. The WTF Moderators and Veteran's have a lot of information that can help.
do this in stead.

the first thing you should do is write a letter too the company and tell them you have trouble registering your watch and if that does not work go too shopnbc .com and email either jim skelton or shawn wilsie I,m shore they can help you because they host invicta watch shows from time to time.
To e-mail Invicta is to waste time.
Customer Service?

Invicta has had my 9937 for nearly 5 months and you can bet your last dollar that I will never buy another Invicta and do my best to discourage anyone else from making the same mistake. The Invicta alleged Service Dept. is a flat out joke! In over 50 years of dealings with a wide variety of watch companies none have even come close to being as inept, incompetent, as Invicta!
Broken Out of the Box

I am new new to the forum but with a story like this and what I have been reading on the forum this is nothing new about Invicta.
I turned on the show in the morning and the watch I wanted was being discounted. I waited for late afternoon and bought it through the web. Later that night it was still being sold by Jim. I recieved an email stating it was backordered. It was being sold all day and night and was still backorderd. When I finally recieved it everything looked perfect, even the time and date were set right, so I thought. I took out my invicta tools and took some links out to fit my sons wrist. That day we had a family gathering and I gave my son his watch and then gave him the speel on invicta. Around two or three o'clock he noticed the date had changed and pulled the crown out and it came off in his hand. This was a very embarrassing moment. The watch was broken straight from the factory. I read on the shows warranty card that since I opened it and took links out it was void for a return. The Invicta service center was next. After some digging I finally did reach a person who told me they did not have a replacement, they were out. He did tell me what to do next. The watch now has been sent to Florida where they said it will be shipped to their Swiss service center in Switzerland. Recently I went to the shows website after two weeks and low and behold the watch is still being sold. So now I wait for a broken factory lemon to get fixed and hope.

Invicta is a bad joke on the consumer...

I got my 9937 back a couple days ago & it had not been touched. I am beyond the point of any emotional reaction & have sent the watch to a local independant shop. I just can't imagine how Invicta managed to produce the 9937 because it is a excellent piece with a value twice of what the asking price is, although that price has gone up since my purchase.

Like most of the men/women that frequent these forums I have a lifetime interest in the watch world & have been lucky enough to have owned a few of the more interesting ones but more important then that is the fact that I have meant & become friends with several people as a result of theses forums. As an old man pushing seventy I would have thought that I had seen everything in the "Customer Service" sphere. Shame on you Invicta!
EddyO,

John from NH here... Bummer... I wish I had read this yesterday... I sent my 9973 in for repair yesterday... Guess I can kiss that goodbye. Darn!

I called last week and they said they would sent me some replacement bracelet pins (screw tubes) as all my screws have fallen out. I had called 2 years ago and they said the same thing.. we will send them out right away... nothing... I was hoping maybe they have changed. Looks like the CS is crap.

Any leads on an inexpensive Steinhart Ocean 1 or GMT Ocean 1? I am off for vacation in 2 weeks.

The 9973 Gold rotor I have still works but all the bracelet screws are missing, The of the 2 blue rotor 9973's I got (I believe they were from you Eddy) one was DOA (replaced by you) and the other the self winding is now broken. So I am down to the old gold rotor with no screws, and the replaced DOA which is very fast.

I was going to ship it back for calibration Glad I left it in the safe.

I hope I get the watch back before vacation but I doubt it. I may be lucky to get it back for next summer.. and hopefully it's fixed.

This info is discouraging.. but this info is very useful.

Eddy... so now that invicta is in the never again status, what "Pro Diver" is the replacement for the 9973??? The Ocean 1?

John

I don't doubt the stories of poor customer service, but try to remain open. People will complain more than they will praise, but if you search the forum you will read about positve customer experiences. We recently had a poll on the plating Invicta uses on their watches. More people responded with positive experiences than with negative ones.

Again, I do not doubt the negative experiences. All I am saying is examine the positive as well.
