The last time I tried to change a strap on a watch that had holes all the way through the lugs it was a big mistake. I thought it had a spring bar, and the holes were just an easy way to compress the spring. As it turns out, it was a press-fit pin with a collar, and I bent it beyond repair. I don't want to do make another mistake because of an assumption.

Thanks!

Oh, the question, in case it isn't obvious, is "How do you change the strap on a Seiko Monster - particularly a 2nd generation Monster?"
