Yes it does - a cushion case, crown guard, large 12 and 6, subdial seconds at 9:00, and it's not a tiny piece either.

I'm sure it's a Panerai Luminor GMT 8 Day 289:

EDIT: .... and who is leading the pack on these ID's? There's gotta be a weighted scoring system put in place. I mean, anybody can identify most Rolexes - but how about that spot on the Simon's JLC? That was beautiful! :T:laugh:

I agree - looks like the PAM 289. Same watch that Kris Humphries wears - although it looks big on him, and he's a huge guy.
