It was a pocket watch movement turned into a wristwatch. I don't think I'll ever love a watch more than this one. How do I find another like it?

Have one custom made like that person did although I'm not absolutely sure about that movement. That looks like a Patek H5 but Pateks of that era had 'wolf cut' teeth on their winding wheels and I'm not seeing that with this one. And Patek usually wrote "Geneve" on their movements, not "Geneva"

Personal taste aside, according to ''Watches To Buy . com'', that serial number was from BEFORE 1920, and this doesn't look like a 104-year old watch movement!

I'm hesitant to call it a 'fake' and it quite certainly is 'rare'. I'll just suggest it was 'highly modified' as its clear whoever made it used a lot of 'artistic licence'....
