Call Ball in Florida, or is there somewhere else to get them?

Any high quality Stainless Steel spring bar with the proper thickness should work. But if you want Ball call them or an AD

Called Ball, talked to a less than helpful lady who said I needed to order from a local AD. The closer one I won't do business with again after he hosed me on repair on my Chronomatic, and the other is about an hour away.

Fireman I 43 and Worldtime Diver, bracelets for both.

The kit I got from Esslinger are too thick, and I hear the bracelet ones work differently (?)
