Here´s how you can do it :001_smile:

The picture shows in which position you have to lay it down (e.g. over night) to gain or lose a few seconds.

What about face down or crown up? Would those two positions make a difference from the ones you've shown? My new GMT was losing around 1.5-2 seconds a day for the first week (perfectly acceptable to me), and yesterday it was right around a second, after storing the watch face down last night, per a suggestion from a guy on another board.

Also, do Rolex's "run in" after a time and settle down or is this a myth?

Thanks Hannes, that could explain why i've been experiencing a loss of around 2 seconds/day with my SD.

I normally leave it stood on its edge overnight as I love the look of the lume in the darkness

Time to try leaving it on it's back to see what the gains are.

Thanks again :thumbup1:

I'm losing about 2 secs a day on the Sea Dweller too and I just leave it in it's green box so face up then.
