Probably no exact number is known outside the walls of Patek Philippe. Patek doesn't release production volumes, either as a whole or subset, so there's no real way to know 100% for sure. I couldn't even begin to garner a guess. Well I could guess, but that's all it is...

Collectors in the Rolex world for years have been trying to figure out how many Cartier and real Tiffany Rolex have been produced...Still no idea. :T
