My girlfriends wrist watch has some dust on the inside of the glass. I removed the back and blasted it with a can of air used to clean computer components, like graphics cards etc. It did not remove all of the dust and I think I need to remove the Crown and Stem (I call winder, although it doesn't wind, lol) to get all the dust and small particles out. Can anyone please give me details on how to remove the Crown and Stem and take out the mechanism to clean the watch, and how to put it back in.

Here is the watch with the back off. I would really appreciate it if someone could show me what to do remove the crown and stem.

Thanks in advance

in a quartz watch there is probably a small button on the movement right next to the stem. after removing the case back just press the button with the tip of a pair of tweezers and gently pull out the stem. then the movement should just fall out of the case. be careful not bend the hands when you have the movement out. if you have a bit of rodico(watchmakers putty) or even silly putty you can use it to pick up the dust particles without leaving fingerprints or residue inside the crystal.
