how do I age my Junghans watch

My bad. I just realized yours is a quartz watch, so normal dating techniques don't apply here. Probably your only chance is to contact Junghans with the watch serial number and ash them for the production date.
Junghans first solar watch was made in 1993. so it CAN'T be more than 25-years old!
