It's too identical to too many other makes from that particular time period....a cursory identification is absolutely impossible. Our only hope is that you give us CLEAR and LARGE photos of the movement. If we're extremely lucky, the movement will be made by a famous manufacture like Gruen, Elgin, Waltham, etc. That would be the only way to give us our starting point.
As for the value: if no other "Buster Brown Shoes" watches have been sold on eBay (you'll have to use the advanced lookup for "sold watches / ended auctions" ) get in touch with a local antiques dealer.
