Well it's obviosly a true single button chronograph . The case looks '30s . How do you know it's an Omega ? The only single button chrono by Omega that I have seen is from the first world war .There was another one made by valjoux in the '30s which was a ladies size and Omega may have used that base caliber as well , if so it's a VERY ,VERY,rare watch...............Jesse
