I just thought that I'd say hello.

I happen to own three Omega watches from the 1960s and 1970s (had them for years) and my interest has developed to the point that I'd like to buy some more, just because I like the style. That's why I've joined the forum.

I'm sure there's a host of things to learn and it'll be a fascinating journey.

Hello, Mark- I'm glad to meet you! I feel what you can get from a site is on a par with what you contribute to it, so I hope we'll see you often. We have a few Omega fans here, though their tastes are more toward the modern models. And I have just 2 Omegas: a nice '71 Seamaster DeVille I discovered on eBay, and a great '73 Constellation I bought (second-hand) at a little jewelry store on Yonge Street in Toronto. And if I didn't have to retire early, I'd probably own a 551 Connie Piepan by now.
