The movement of Patek Philippe is like art. The rubbish you were taking pictures of, looks like the brown stinky stuff my dog is dropping from her back part to the yard.
Why don't you simply go to the home pages of Patek. From there you can see the movements of all mechanical watches Patek is producing.

I'm seeing a lot of wristwatches that have a genuine Patek movement from an 1800's pocketwatch, in an aftermarket case with aftermarket dial. I am of the impressions that this watch is just that. They are being converted so people can enjoy wearing a "patek" without spending an insane amount of money.
