Just got a Hamilton 505 Skipjack, but the Z-pin is worn (see photo). I’ve never serviced one of these, but can I use a D-pin in its place? If not, any sources on the Z-pins? Thanks,

D- and z-pins should be interchangeable. Z-pins were made of a harder metal than the gold alloy D-pins, and didn't wear as quickly.
No, I don't know where to get spare pins. That's why God gave us watch repair stores and watchmakers!

I just ask because I pulled the z-pin without pulling the roller table. The replacement d-pins include the roller table as a soldered assembly with wire extension. I’ll have to find my roller table remover if so!!!
