I’m about to purchase an Aqua Terra , just wondering if AD’s or Boutique’s offer discounts or will they throw in a rubber strap if I purchase a
watch with a leather strap.

That doesn't sound unreasonable. Why don't you just single out your potential seller, let them know you're in the market to buy. You're a serious buyer trying to choose your vendor, and just ask?
