Hey There:

I ordered an Axel Jost deployant for my NT. Description below from http://www.fredawatchstraps.com/

I hope it arrives this week, I am looking forward to it.

Here is something new by Axel Jost, the DF2 Premium. Push button, double fold, stainless steel with the added features of a screw to secure the end to “the point” (that is the long end ) and screw in spring bar to easily add to “the buckle” (shorter side of the watch strap).

These are amazing, the best deployant on the market IMHO. As with the DF1, made in Germany, land of craftsmanship, precision, quality.

Sizes 16mm, 18mm, 20mm (22mm on backorder)

New longer stems at 4mm for extra thick straps (examples; Liberty, Jumbo). The regular DF2 has a 3mm stem and will fit most straps (80%). the 4mm DF2 is avaialbe in 18mm, 20mm and 22mm straps.

Here is a pic of my NT with Don Ginsler, a waiting the deployant:

I hope the deployant arrives today. Looking forward to it and will post pics as soon as I take them. This year is about making my collection as good as it can be...I am servicing several vintage pieces and putting new straps on many watches in my collection.

Deployant Arrives

The USPS brought the deployant today and I promptly put it on my Night Train. In place of a spring bar is a screw system, and even on the long side where you would insert the tang in the hole we find a screw in as well. Very classy.

This is an understated deploy, with classic looks. Pics below, lmk what you think.
