That's quite impressive Mr Wilfreb.

Just goes to show what a versatile design it is.

Personally I would go for the black face, sword hands and "bond" bracelet.

Indeed pal

In the 300M stakes, I'll largely take the 2254.50 over almost anything else. The new lacquered dial Bond Noir is very attractive though but as you know, I'm not really a diver..... Then again, as discussed before, never say never. ;)

Have a good week ahead

is there any difference on the bezels of the bond and the black SMP?

Quite noticeable I think, Wilf

While I initially preferred the bezel of the 2254.50 because of the larger numbers, I actually now believe that the colour makes a big difference for me since I do also find the bezel on the new Black Bond to be rather attractive

Well it seems we are all more than satisfied with out 2254,50's the way they are. The next question to ask would be I wonder what they are going to do to it in Basel '08 now that it is discontinued. I'm hoping they pretty much keep it the same other than power it by the new Co-Axial.

Omega's certainly not being very forthcoming with what they have in store round the corner Mr Ru06 and I believe you're echoed the general consensus of opinion or rather desire in seeing a Co-Axial version of the 2254.50 as opposed to a black Bond. I guess whatever will be, will be. At this stage we don't know what changes are imminent but given Omega's stated target of introducing the cal 8500/8501 into the range by 2010, it wouldn't surprise me if there are a number of changes coming our way. It would be staggered over the entire year and thus not everything may be announced. Who knows? We don't have long to wait though ;)

Have a nice day pal
