That's a 60's or early 70's model - if it's authentic. If the dial is original, the "&" gives it away because VC stopped using that around 1974. I'm leaning towards it being the real deal but I'd like to see inside of the caseback and the movement in clear & large enough pictures to see the numbers. Probably a manual wind caliber from the 100x series if it is correct.
