The Citizen caliber E760 also self-adjusts for Feb. of leap years once programmed by the user. (Those requiring manual adjustment for leap-year February but self-adjusting for other months of less than 31 days are usually described as "auto calendar" rather than "perpetual calendar" if I understand that correctly.
