I think this is one of these that someone has added diamonds to:

If the dial and casing have been 'added to' this wont help the value of the watch as vintage collectors like their pieces in the orginal factory style.

If you visit the link I sent you then you will see what they were asking for a used unadulterated version. What yours is worth then I really don't know (I suppose the unhelpful but obvious answer is what someone is prepared to pay....)
