An Emergency battery replacement & service was $380 in '10, and they've had a few price increases since then so I'd guess right about $400. They do include the 1st one at no charge at the 2 year point, so you'll need to check with them if it's only at 2 years or if it's just the 1st one whenever it is.
However, the 1st one free is only if you bought the watch from an authorized dealer. I don't know if Goldsmith's is an authorized dealer or not but if not, then the 2 year or 4 year time doesn't matter as the 1st battery change isn't free anyways. If they are, then I'd call Breitling and ask them if the 1st one is still covered.
