I'm pretty much anti-invicta, but their S. Coifman brand really appeals to me. Large watches, yet classic in dial design.

I've heard nothing but good things about them, so any advice for me? Pics?

It just seems like everything adds up for these, nice presentation, nice quality, weird name on the dial, and BIG.

Invicta does not equal bad. I have heard nothing but good things about S. Coifman. I happen to love Invicta, but in small doses. They make some of the greatest Swiss Made affordable pieces you can find. The Lalo and his exaggerations are my and many others point of contention with the brand. Buy what you like and do not let others sway your opinion.

Agreed, I don't have a PROBLEM with the brand, I just won't buy them due to quality control issues I, and many others have experienced.

S. Coifman, on the other hand, seems to have a solid rep, and I'm assuming they are built in much smaller batches, in a different facility, in fact I remember reading that when Invicta aquired the brand, they also bought the company's workshops. I was just looking to get some community oppinions as I've never handled one in person. Thanks!

I love the flame fusion technology and have been browsing Jomashop and Amazon for a while. Just purchased a SC0111 Black Textured Dial Black watch for roughly $260 through Amazon. This will be added to my Frederique Constant, Tissots and various Seikos with a Timex thrown in.
