If Air-King dials still come with just baton hour markers and not numerals at 3,6, and 9? I'm looking for this configuration (blue dial/batons, no numerals). It appears that the newer models only come with the numerals but I wanted to confirm with the experts:wink:

I can answer your question..

Just baton hour markers were predominant dials from the older reference 1500 models with plastic crystals {as in your picture}.
Now the newer sapphire Air Kings dials as you stated did come with the 3-6-9 font set up. But the transitional fast beat Rolex 3000 caliber with plastic crystals did in the early stages have the baton hour markers on the dial as well.
