I'm considering the purchase of a watch where the case and bracelet are made of Titanium. Titanium is super strong and deceptively light weight, but I'm concerned about the inevitable scratches it can pick up on the clasp and whatnot. I hear that it scratches more easily than SS. I have some experience with SS and polishing out scratches that I picked up from some great postings of John H. and others. However, I haven't found anyone commenting on how they care for scratches on Titanium.
Anyone have comments on if buffing out scratches is possible and if so how to do it in terms of materials and techniques?
