Yes Traintime, the case of the SBDX011 Tuna is a solid Monoblock solid case

or Monocoque as its called, although that term isn't the definition or best descriptive term that I would use to reference the case structure.

I do not have a SBDX011, but I have had every other Seiko Tuna except for the Original 6159. My Favorite actually is the SBDX005 600m Historical Reissue which I have owned, and it's pretty scarce being a limited edition in the year 2000. (I've added a good research review link below)

Seiko SBDX005 Professional 600m review

The Tuna's as you know are exceptional designs and are in my opinion the toughest quality Professional Divers of all time, with countless patents built into them. :thumbup1:

Good luck in obtaining your 1000m SBDX011, one day I hope to be able to own one of those Emperor Tuna's too!

Cheers,
Jim

Hi Everyone,

I am thinking about getting a 1000M SBDX011
Any one out there have one?
Is the case a Monocoque ( like on a MM300)

Thanks' for any input you have,

I remember being intrigued by a 7c46 in 1984. I didn't buy it but did get a titanium EcoZilla for a brief time.
What's the consensus on the titanium Ecozilla? The latest auto MM Tuna is nice, but too much for me.

It is easy once you get the hang of it. Just click on the Direct Link beneath your photo at PB and copy onto the Insert Image Icon box in your reply. On Insert Image Icon use the From URL link.

Do try it again. I love your photos and congrats again!!! :001_wub:

I tried again, no Success,
They have updated their site and its Complicated at best,
No way to click on hmtl or url, it comes up with invalid code!
Maybe there is another site that is more user friendly?
I think these sites forgot the number one rule KISS
Keep it Simple Stupid

Hi Bullosa,

I did try again, They changed their Site, there is no Direct Link under the Photo, There is nothing but mass
confusion, I tried every code possible and all it says is " Invalid Code"
Apparently a lot of people are having the same problem, They have not got back to me yet
Will try another site,

Hi TT,

I just followed your links and was able to post using Internet Explorer 9. Not sure which browser you are using but I usually work with IE or Google Chrome.

Other photo hosting sites are Imageshack but they limit to about 500 photos. PB is still a great option.

Best wishes!
