Can anyone tell me if the Accutron 214 cal. part # 184 Pawl & Safety bridge pivot screws and the 218 cal. #184 Pawl & Safety bridge pivot screws are the same and interchangeable?

The book says 182 (the cam) and 183 (tuning fork screw) are interchangeable but 184 is not.

Chris, thinking about what the book says, does that make sense, the cam screw (182) is an eccentric type screw, would a 183 tuning fork screw be an eccentric also, or am I thinking about this wrong?,,,
