As I was sitting in the dentist's chair for 2 hours this afternoon :scared:, I got to wondering what happened to the lume dot on the pointer of the bezel of these new MOP Pro Divers? I noticed this on the reserve line as well. Also the MOP dial on my watch seems more brown than black. I actually like it this way and was wondering if anyone else that owns this one can verify that this is what the black MOP looks like?
Had this one for almost a week and I like it alot. The lume seems much improved over my other Invictas. :thumbup1: Everything is running good and as it should. Thought I would share some pics.

Gotta love the Ramones.
I think the lack of lume dot is just a way of moving away from that other Swiss watch company making over priced clones of the 8926. I like the change.

Ahh, the Ramones. Aren't they the ones who had the big hit with "I'd like my cheese be grated"?

:lol::lol: No, I think it was "QC keeps me irritated".
the dot isn't there cuz invicta is now using a coating over the bezel paint to prevent scratches, cuz the older model scratches so easy.

Good one!
You got me, I am a big Ramones fan. :thumbup1: I had the great pleasure of seeing them a few times and also seeing them on one of their last concert dates of their last farewell tour. To make a long story short, I also had the chance to hang out with drummer Marky Ramone and the guys from The Intruders when they toured some small clubs here in PA and I was in a band at the time doing some weekend gigs a few years back.

As for the QC and cheese songs someone may want to ask Rusty about the band The Invictas. He may be more helpful for such classics as those.

I did not know that Invicta was putting a coating over the bezels now, interesting. Thanks wilfreb.
