hi all,

can someone explain or direct me to an explanation on the use of the 100 scale and what it measures?

i understand the pulse-o-meter, tach and telemeter scales but cannot figure out the 100.

i see it on the super ocean model as well as others.

thanks

Certainly. In aviation, flight time is logged in tenths of hours. Obviously, 6 minutes equals one tenth and so on... :001_smile:
Cheers,

So given this fact, how come the more "true" avation watch from their lineup don't have the 100 scale? I suppose the slide rule is more useful if you are actually going to calculate something though.
