We have all read prior threads about the 1 MAR price increase; however, does anyone have a percentage? Just curious how much they are going up.

Just called my AD and asked.

Until March 1st they dont know but they are speculating based on their experience:


8% across the board

mark up per Rolex of all in-stock watches (surprises me)


But this is not 100%, just one store managers take from rumors they have heard.

He told me to call him on Monday and get the scoop.

I told him there will be no need to since the boards will be buzzing with the real story on Saturday.

I heard 5% across the board, but I felt that was a little low. My personal guess would be 10%.

The AD's won't get the info until Friday when the price list arrives...

I'd suspect you won't see a set across the board. I'd bet your see one percentage for the SS, and a different one for the gold / TT / plat. models. But, we'll know in less than 48 hours...

Its exciting to most all of us to see exactly what the percentage will be.

At my AD the sales have been brisker since monday,, think they have called a lot of customers and told them there is a March 1st price increase.

I am sure Rolex would admonish an AD if they did something like that.

My AD has official word there is a definite increase on March 1st.

Why ruin a multimillion dollar business for a few thousand in extra profits,

makes no sense to do it.

Would I go back?

Heck NO.

thats why they wouldnt pull a fast one on customers.

Has anyone asked their AD if they have received it in writing, not just verbal?

I have to doubt that any AD has it in writing because people on all forums talking about increases, are all over the map in terms of the percentage amount.

We will know soon enough on March 1st.

Per several AD's, Rolex doesn't provide the exact amounts of increases until the day before. And from what I've been told there is no 'official' word from Rolex about the upcoming increase. The stores get it from their reps word of mouth. Then, all the AD's recieve the actual increase via Fed Ex, or something similar on the same day & increases start the very next day. I've hear that same story from maybe 7 or 8 AD's in different states at different times.. I guess that's Roelx's way to keep everyone uessing until that day... :confused1:
