i have been toying with the idea of getting a quartz chronograph and have seen some on line that have 1/20 second counters. one watch, a pulsar, i have seen in action and noticed the second hand runs continously like a typical second hand--which for a quartz is the usual jerky movement. when the start button was pushed the 1/20 sub-dial hand activated. i do not want a quartz watch if i have to see the second hand in continous motion. so, my question is, do all 1/20 second quartz chronographs have the seconds hand in continous motion? thanks.
