    Default Ball Trainmaster

I recently acquired this Ball Trainmaster. It winds and runs fine. But....it is missing a crystal and a second hand. Is the watch worth sending off for repairs ? What is it's value as is ? Any advice or recommendations appreciated.20200929_171822.jpg20201005_083959.jpg20201005_114240.jpg

Ball makes a good watch, and I'd say "Yes, it's worth getting repaired." Earlier generation previously owned Trainmasters (ones WITHOUT Tritium gas tubes on the dial and hands) sell on ebay for $200 - $450. Without a sweep second hand, no crystal, a damaged dial, and a non-original bracelet, I'm not even going to try and estimate it's value Besides....WTF doesn't do evaluations!

Neither the crystal nor the second hand should be too difficult to locate. Any experienced watch repair shop should be able to do that for well under $100.
