Default The Seiko five watch set for release on 9/2019

I was wondering these new watches are rated for 100 meters and what looks to be a case similar to the skx case. I was thinking can a case tube with screw down crown be installed on the new Seiko five. Or maybe swap the dial and movement into a donor skx case. I’m not if anyone has seen the models but they look pretty cool. What do you guys think?

I'll have to look up this watch set just to see what they will look like. As for modding those watches and swapping cases etc..... me thinks you will be the guinea pig. I suspect that from the following tech specs, modding shouldn't be all that difficult.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS – SEIKO 5 SPORTS

    Case: 42.5㎜ in diameter x 13.5mm thick - stainless steel - 46㎜ lug to lug - Hardlex crystal - see-through caseback - unidirectional rotating bezel - 100m water-resistant

Dial: many different dial and hand colours - day and date window - Lumibrite on hands and indices

Movement: Seiko calibre 4R36 - automatic with manual winding capacity - +45 to -35 seconds per day - 41h power reserve - stop-seconds

Bracelet: steel 3-link bracelet - three-fold clasp with secure lock and push-button release

    Price: starting at EUR 280

I have the Seiko 5 with the 7S36 and My Hairspring recently stopped so I was going to upgrade mine to this new movement and add the Threaded stem, or I will try and use my tap and dies and thread it myself and use a threaded crown! I already swapped the Bezel insert for a porcelain one and like it a lot! I am also going to upgrade the crystal as well to the sapphire ones available! Their are so many options and parts out there for these watches! Just research Sea Urchin! First picture is the original then the other two are with the new Bezel!
