Default 214 placing the train bridge

Would you guys mind sharing some tips on placing the train bridge back on the movement and lining up the train wheels. Mr Frystak in his video, simply tossed it on tapped it a couple times and it was magically in place. I think it was "trick photography" I spend considerable time doing this although I realize it's from complete inexperience. It's a little easier with the chaton jewel out. Should the double cap jewel on the dial side be removed prior and then the index and second wheels positioned after the train bridge is in place? This obviously benefits from lots of practice, maybe I should use bad index wheels until I get better at it.

What use to be very difficult, is now easy for me thanks to the information provided by members of this forum. Just make sure you handle that index wheel carefully. For me, tapping on the movement holder once all the gears and train bridge are in place, were the key to success. Once the train bridge drops in place, hold it down before you try to put in the first screw.
