    I picked a Engineer Hydrocarbon Airborne. So far I love it. Only issue I had was fitting the band had to use a half link on one side. No big deal I guess.

    It's a locking piece to prevent the crown from being pulled up accidently. Panerai, Invicta, and Graham all make extensive use of them.
