    Greetings all.
Just joined. Never had a proper watch since my father bought me a Seiko at age 14.
I'll turn 55 tomorrow and have decided to buy myself a nice one. As investment as much as daily wearer. I have some high end Fender guitars to sell as I do not need or use them and would like to park the money raised.
I've been looking around and am most attracted to plain understated SS bracelet non date dials. Rolex would be my first choice but have an open mind and am willing to learn.
What would people suggest might fit the spec and possibly be a future investment ?
    Regards
    Al

Hello and welcome, I personally can not tell you what watches are good for investment, but I have recently been looking at Junghans watches and find them to be very interesting . Check them out maybe you will find something that appeals to you.
